# Menthana terms, privacy policy and user agreement

## Terms of service

Membership gives access to the mentor catalogue and to sessions with platform mentors for the period paid for, from three months upward.

Mentors who set their own price show that price on their profile before a booking is made, and that amount is paid on top of membership.

Membership renews for the same period until it is cancelled, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

## Privacy policy

Personal data is processed only to run sessions between members and mentors: an account, a booking, a call link and the messages around it.

Data is never sold, and it is shared with a mentor only to the extent a booked session needs.

A request to export or delete an account and its data is answered at support@menthana.com within thirty days.

## User agreement

A session is a conversation between two people: both sides keep what is discussed confidential unless they agree otherwise.

Advice from a mentor is their own professional opinion and is not a guarantee of an outcome, an offer of employment or a legal, medical or financial service.

An account used to harass a mentor or another member is closed without a refund.
